As a Mallorcan native, my menus draw inspiration from cherished memories, local ingredients, seasons, and the Mediterranean. My culinary journey evolved from a hobby to a career after Culinary School, working in prestigious hotels and managing a private Supperclub in Austria. I enjoy cooking rice dishes, paellas, fish, and desserts all with sustainable, seasonal, and fresh ingredients from local producers. We also supply provisioning services, buying all of your grocery requirements and deliver them prior to your arrival to Mallorca.
